Terms of service
Your Rank is operated by the Owner, trading as Your Rank. These terms explain the software service, customer responsibilities and subscription rules. Last updated: October 23, 2026.

Your Rank is subscription software for website SEO analysis, search monitoring, recommendations, content workflows and controlled optimization. Features depend on the selected plan, the connected website, provider permissions and available integrations. Create an account, complete business setup and confirm payment to activate your customer workspace.

Provide accurate account information, protect your login and connect only websites, reporting properties and other accounts you own or are authorized to manage. You are responsible for the actions taken through your account and for keeping integration permissions current.

Paid plans renew monthly until canceled. The selected plan, price, billing currency, applicable taxes and renewal details are shown before payment. Purchases through Paddle are processed by Paddle as the merchant of record and authorized reseller, under Paddle's buyer terms as well as these software-service terms.

You may cancel future renewal through Account & Website billing controls or the Paddle customer portal. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the paid billing period. Plan changes require Paddle confirmation; any additional charge, credit, timing or proration is shown before you confirm. Website limits apply to the selected plan.

You may request a full refund of the initial subscription payment or any renewal payment within three days (72 hours) after that payment. Each renewal starts a new window for that renewal charge. See the Refund Policy for request instructions. This window does not limit longer or additional rights under applicable law or Paddle's terms.

Review proposed changes and business claims before approval. When you enable automatic execution, you authorize actions within your selected rules and permissions. You remain responsible for the accuracy, rights and legality of your content. Third-party platform requirements continue to apply.

Search engines and AI platforms determine their own results. Your Rank does not guarantee rankings, traffic, leads or revenue. Provider outages, API limits, changes in permissions or provider approval requirements may affect features. A connection to one provider does not imply every integration is available.

Do not use Your Rank for illegal activity, unauthorized access, fraud, spam, harmful content or infringement of another person's rights. Do not attempt to access another customer's workspace, bypass plan limits or disrupt the service.

You retain your rights in content you supply. You authorize Your Rank to process that content and connected data as necessary to provide the features you request. Access to the software is limited to your subscription and does not transfer ownership of the platform.

We may restrict access where necessary to address abuse, a security risk, unauthorized activity or non-payment. Contact support if you believe access was restricted in error. Canceling a subscription does not automatically delete your account or connected records; deletion requests are handled under the Privacy Policy.

These terms do not exclude rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded. Paddle's buyer and refund terms govern the payment services it provides. For software support, complaints or policy questions, contact contact@yourrank.co. Material changes to subscription terms will be communicated before they apply to future purchases or renewals.
